Hello!

I’m the founder of Waterford Equine-Assisted Healing because horses gave me something traditional therapy couldn't—a way back into my body and into genuine safety. After years of talking about my trauma without feeling it, horses met me exactly where I was, helping me learn to regulate and feel safe again. That healing changed everything, and this organization is my way of offering that same transformative experience to anyone facing trauma or going through hard times. As President and Equine Specialist, I create safe, choice-based spaces using nervous-system awareness and attuned horsemanship.

Our Board.

Our Board is a small circle of people who care deeply about the work happening at Waterford Equine-Assisted Healing. Each brings professional expertise — but also lived experience, humility, and a shared belief in creating spaces where healing and connection feel possible.

Together, they help guide the vision and integrity of our programs, supporting a farm where survivors and horses can meet with choice, gentleness, and safety.

The HealingTeam

Our clinicians are more than their roles and credentials — they are humans who care deeply about creating a gentle, welcoming space for healing. Each person on this team brings their own story, values, and way of being that helps people feel safe, seen, and supported.

Together, they offer trauma-informed, relational, and body-based approaches grounded in compassion, consent, and connection — both with oneself and with the natural world.

Below, you’ll meet the clinicians who are part of Waterford Equine-Assisted Healing and learn more about their backgrounds, approaches, and what they bring into this shared work.
