WHAT TO EXPECT

This is a non-riding, consent-based approach where both people and horses have a choice in how they engage.

​

Sessions are shaped by you. You might spend time quietly with the horses, notice what comes up in your body, talk through what's on your mind, or simply show up and see what feels right.

​

Some people come ready to talk. Others start by simply being present with the horses.

​

  • We'll send your intake forms and everything you need
